Where these terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Insurance claims

We assist customers with documenting storm damage and communicating with their insurer. We are not public adjusters, insurance agents or attorneys and do not provide legal or insurance advice. Coverage decisions rest with your insurer. In accordance with Texas law, we do not waive, absorb, rebate or offset insurance deductibles.

By submitting a form or contacting us, you consent to being contacted by phone, text or email regarding your inquiry. You can opt out at any time by telling us or replying STOP to a text.
